“The Gift of Stellar Service” is a Culture Book about WSFS Bank. The book speaks to who we are, what we do, how we do it, and the impact we have on each other, our Customers, and our community. WSFS created this book that would capture our culture, featuring just some of our many stellar service stories. We did our best to capture feelings, tone and outcomes that were unique to WSFS, that spanned across our organization and that resonated with our business model and culture. We could not be more thrilled that our 181th year is upon us!
