2008 Summer Associate Program
WSFS Bank is currently recruiting energetic and ambitious undergraduate students for our 2008 Summer Associate Program. WSFS offers internship opportunities in our Retail banking offices as well as various support departments throughout the Bank. If you have ever wondered what it’s like to work in a banking office, one of our offices may be right for you! Or, if you have ever wondered what goes on “behind the scenes” at one of Delaware’s top-ranked banks, an internship in one of our support departments will be right up your alley!
We’ll work with you to find a department that is as close as possible to your current field of study. We provide both classroom and hands-on training for those of you that will work in a banking office, and those of you that will work in a support department will receive hands-on training that is a wonderful real-world compliment to your studies at school!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient customer service and referral skills and the ability to deal with the public enthusiastically and professionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to sell products and services (for Retail associates)
- Cash handling experience (for Retail associates)
- Prior work history in a retail sales environment
Salary: $10.00/hr
Hours: 40/wk, schedule will vary based on dept/location
