1. Who can use WSFS Business Mobile?
WSFS Business Mobile is available to all Small Business Premier and Business Online Banking customers. An app is available for iPhone®, Android™, Tablet and Kindle Fire.

2. How do I enroll in WSFS Business Mobile Banking?
Simply download the WSFS Business Mobile banking app for your device. Log in to the app using your current Business Online Banking User ID, Password and Company ID. You must have your mobile phone number listed in online banking prior to logging into the app for the first time. If you are unsure or need to update it, you can do so by clicking on the Administration menu within business online banking and clicking on Manage Contact Preferences.

3. I downloaded the app but I can’t login, is there something else I need to do?
Contact your online banking administrator, they can add your mobile banking service to your profile.

4. Is there a fee to use WSFS Business Mobile?
WSFS Bank does not charge a fee to download our app. Your carrier’s data charges may apply when you use this service, so check with your mobile provider.

5. Which accounts can I access?
You can view the accounts that your currently have access to within WSFS Business Online Banking.

6. What functions can I perform with WSFS Business Mobile?
Available functionality is based on what you are able to do within Business Online Banking.
  • View balance and transaction history on WSFS Bank accounts
  • Transfer Funds between WSFS Bank accounts, if no approvals are needed
  • Pay Bills
  • Deposit Checks – must separately enroll. See below.
  • Find a Branch Location
  • Report a Lost Card
7. I cannot transfer between my accounts like I can in online banking?
Online Banking transfers that need to have an approval cannot be processed in Mobile Banking. Future enhancements of Mobile Banking will make approvals available.

8. Do I use the same User ID, Password and Company ID?
Yes. You use the same login information as you do for Small Business Premier or Business Online Banking.

9. Is WSFS Business Mobile secure?
WSFS Business Mobile features multiple layers of security, including password protection and the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) communication protocol, which employs 128-bit encryption.
