WSFS provides extensive training and mentoring programs. The programs educate Associates about the techniques and nuances of selling through service.

The learning program for the Personal Banker (PB) position consists of classroom learning in addition to hands-on experience at banking office locations, which allow Associates to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom. Upon successful completion of the program, WSFS Personal Bankers join the Retail Banking team of qualified Associates and are scheduled to rotate throughout various banking office locations (assigned by geographic region) where they will promote banking products and services to our valued customers.
