PAYMENT RELIEF

To support Customers who are experiencing financial stress as a result of Hurricane Idalia, WSFS Bank is offering the following assistance:

  • Deferred loan payment options to be determined on an individual basis.
  • No negative impact to your credit: WSFS Bank will not report any deferred payment assistance to credit agencies as a delinquency, but as a forbearance as a result of a natural disaster.
  • Foreclosure protection: WSFS Bank will not pursue foreclosure during the term of any forbearance plan.
  • You will be required to acknowledge the deferment through DocuSign which requires all customers to provide an email address. If you are unable to acknowledge the deferment through DocuSign, or are not comfortable using this acknowledgement method, please call 800.346.7235, option 3, and a representative will discuss additional options.

With a forbearance plan, you will have some much-needed financial relief and flexibility at a time when you need to address more immediate needs.
