A Message from WSFS Chief Culture and Inclusion Officer

At WSFS, belonging, inclusion, and engagement are not just points of reference—they are a key part of our culture. When intentionally integrated, they do more than create a positive workplace—they cultivate an environment where Associates feel whole, valued, and seen.

Inclusion ensures that every Associate is seen and heard. Belonging ensures Associates believe they are a part of the team. Culture shapes the way we live our values. And Engagement is how Associates connect to the company, each other, and our shared purpose. Together, these pillars create a space where all Associates can thrive, contribute authentically, and grow with confidence.

This is the WSFS way—and it’s how we continue to build a stronger, more connected workplace for everyone.
