A graduate of Widener University, Joe earned his bachelor’s degree before beginning a career dedicated to providing exceptional service and leadership in the mortgage field.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leslie, and their two children, Joseph and Brigid. The Hallinan family resides in Newtown Square, PA.
