WSFS Online Banking Upgrade
We’re upgrading your Online Banking experience to make it more intuitive and easier to navigate. You’ll notice a new look along with updates to certain features and services—and we’ll continue building on this over time.
This investment in a more modern platform allows us to improve your day-to-day experience today, while bringing you new capabilities faster in the future.
Your migration will take place as part of a staggered rollout. We’ll reach out ahead of time with everything you need to know so there are no surprises.
Yes. You’ll log in the same way you do today. The first time you sign in after your upgrade, you’ll simply review and accept an updated Online Banking agreement.
You’ll be able to access Zelle®1 directly within Online Banking, in addition to the WSFS mobile app—giving you more flexibility in how and where you send and receive money.
Important Changes to be Aware of
Transaction categorization will no longer be available. This means:
– You won’t be able to categorize new transactions
– Past categorization history will not carry over
– Reports based on categories will not be available
If this information is important to you, we recommend downloading or saving it before your migration so you have it when you need it.
Bill payment alerts will no longer be available by text message (SMS). You’ll continue to receive bill payment alerts by email—so you can still stay on top of upcoming and completed payments.
Yes. External transfer limits—including dollar amounts and transaction limits—will be updated as part of the new platform. Contact us for updates to your limits.
The ability to manage your debit/ATM card alerts – including adding, changing, or deleting them – will be available in the new mobile experience, which will follow the Online Banking upgrades.
Your bill payment activity will be easy to find in the Bill Pay section of Online Banking.
Yes. Credit card transaction details will be available through our eZCard partner; Cardholders can access them through a link within Online Banking – easy to find after the transition.
