Edmund Tan joined WSFS Mortgage in May 2026 as a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. Prior to joining WSFS, he worked as a realtor and spent more than 25 years in technology consulting and business transformation leadership roles.
A graduate of Virginia Tech with an engineering degree and a former member of the football team, Tan is passionate about building strong relationships and helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. He takes the time to understand each customer’s unique needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the mortgage process. Tan serves on the Architectural Review Committee in his Milton, Delaware community and volunteers with the Dulles Food Pantry in Virginia.
Tan resides in Milton, Delaware, with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, following sports, and being near the water. He serves clients throughout the Long Neck and Harrington areas and is committed to delivering a personalized, responsive lending experience.
