Matthew Devlin

Matthew Devlin joined WSFS Bank in June 2025 as a Relationship Manager, focusing on helping small business owners throughout the Philadelphia region access the capital they need to grow through the SBA 7(a) lending program.

Devlin brings more than a decade of experience in both commercial and personal banking. Before joining WSFS, he served as a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Customers Bank, where he specialized in C&I and SBA lending, portfolio management, and business development. Earlier in his career, he held several key positions at KeyBank and First Niagara Bank, gaining deep expertise in private banking, credit analysis, real estate financing, and loan administration.

A graduate of the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, Devlin earned his B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Advertising. He has completed advanced professional coursework through the Risk Management Association, Moody’s Analytics, and Cannon Financial Institute, among others. Dedicated to his community, Devlin has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2014 and served on the Delaware County Board from 2017 to 2020.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Devlin now resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Brooke, and their dog, Geno. In his free time, he enjoys walking Geno and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
