Scott Bachman

Scott Bachman joined the WSFS Business Banking team in December 2025 as a VP, Business Banking Relationship Manager, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience as a banking professional. Prior to joining WSFS, he held roles in retail, business development, and commercial lending. Most recently, he was a Team Lead at a community bank where he oversaw a two-county region with four lenders. Bachman earned his bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University and has dedicated his career to building longstanding relationships with his Clients to help them succeed.

Scott spent eight years serving on the Upper Gwynedd Planning Commission using his expertise to volunteer in his local community. Additionally, he has been involved in kids’ sports and local chamber events. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and anything sports related. He resides in Lansdale, PA with his wife and four children.
