Candice Caruso

Candice Caruso is Senior Vice President, Chief Business Banking Officer for WSFS Bank. She is responsible for Small Business, SBA Lending, and SBA Relationships. She joined WSFS in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending and brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years as a business funding expert.
Her career has focused on financial technology development, franchise financing, consumer, and small business funding solutions. She has been featured on Bloomberg Radio, CNBC’s Closing Bell, The Wall Street Journal, Franchising World and Fox 29. Candice was also celebrated as an American Banker Next awardee in 2021 as part of the Most Powerful Women in Banking.
Candice earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management from Philadelphia University, now part of Jefferson University. She currently volunteers on the Delaware Council on Economic Education at the University of Delaware. She also spends time as a mentor for entrepreneurs in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
Candice currently resides in Lower Providence Township, Pennsylvania.
