Bardea Restaurant Group Partners with WSFS Bank to Reimagine DE.CO Food Hall

DE.CO, a one-of-a-kind dining destination, offers something for every palate and every occasion. With six dining concepts under one roof in the historic DuPont Building in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, The Bardea Restaurant Group operates as the team behind the dining experience.

Bardea took over management of DE.CO in 2025 and leaned on a local partner with WSFS Bank to support the project. Led by Scott Stein, James Beard semifinalist Chef Antimo DiMeo, and Pino DiMeo, the group reimagined the space to create a true gathering place rooted in great food and community.

“Quality for us is everything,” said DiMeo. “We price things accordingly to where we knew it would be approachable here in a food hall setting.”

Inside the food hall, you can find Angelo’s only location outside of Philadelphia where guests can enjoy the same signature cheesesteaks and pizzas that have made the restaurant a fan favorite. DE.CO also features sushi, salads, and Mexican-inspired options. There’s also Casa Nonna which offers a sit-down, more elevated experience, complete with a bar and a dining room. Bean by Bardea brings sweet and savory pastries together with a full espresso drink menu.

“It’s fun to play a part and see this group of guys be so successful,” said Kristin Simpson, SVP, Relationship Manager at WSFS Bank. “It’s a nice community spot and the food is second to none.”
