Angel Rosario

Angel Rosario joined WSFS Bank in March 2025 as a VP, SBA Relationship Manager, focusing on driving growth for small and mid-sized businesses through strategic business development and SBA-financed deal structuring in Pennsylvania and beyond through franchising.

Rosario brings two decades of dedicated banking and commercial lending experience. At his core he serves as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, leveraging deep industry insight and a personal‐brand-driven approach to guide clients from opportunity identification through closing and long-term success.

Rosario serves on the lending committee for ASSETS, a community development financial institution that contributes capital to underserved communities. In his spare time, Rosario can be found spending time with family, playing with his dogs, staying active, and playing video games. He resides in Lancaster, PA.
