Heather Moore

Heather Moore joined WSFS  in February 2025 after nearly a decade as a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at Tompkins Community Bank.  With more than 25 years of industry experience, Heather is recognized as a trusted advisor, small business advocate, and the “People Banker” for her relationship-focused approach as she partners with business owners throughout the Greater Philadelphia region to support their growth, stability, and long-term success. She believes effective banking goes beyond the numbers—every balance sheet reflects a person, a story, and a vision. This philosophy guides her work and enables her to deliver thoughtful, personalized solutions to the business owners she serves.

Moore holds an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Delaware County Community College and studied Business Management at West Chester University. She is also an active community volunteer and served on the board and development committee of HelpHOPELive and co-chaired the launch of its signature fundraising event, Live It Up! She has also been involved with the Main Line Chamber of Commerce (including service as an ambassador), Society of Professional Women, POWER, and has supported Main Line Today’s Top Doctors, Lawyers, and Dentists events. Her volunteer efforts also extend to Friends of the Wissahickon, Elmwood Park Zoo, Philabundance, and other local charitable initiatives.

Moore lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two children. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors—especially at the beach or lake—and can often be found in Ocean City, New Jersey or Longport enjoying the sunshine, a good book, and time with family and friends.
