1. What is WSFS Snapshot Deposit?
WSFS Snapshot Deposit is an easy way to use a mobile phone to deposit checks into your WSFS account using the WSFS Mobile Banking App for Apple and Android devices.
2. Who can use WSFS Snapshot Deposit?
WSFS Mobile Banking Customers that have eligible personal and small business WSFS deposit accounts open for more than 30 days.
3. What kinds of checks can I deposit?
You can deposit most U.S. personal and business checks. Deposits that cannot be processed through WSFS Snapshot Deposit include: counter checks, foreign checks, savings bonds, traveler's checks, and U.S Treasury checks.
4. Is there a cost to deposit my check with WSFS Snapshot Deposit?
There is no fee for consumer accounts.
5. When will I see my deposit in my account?
If you deposit your check before 7 p.m., your deposit will appear in your account activity when it is approved and will generally be available the next business day.
6. When will my check deposit be available?
Funds are available on the next business day after the day of your deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdrawal funds. For more information, view funds availability policy and chart below.

7. Is there a cut off time in order to have funds available the next business day?
Checks deposited after 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and anytime Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays will be processed the next business day and made available based on our funds availability policy and chart below.

8. Is there a limit on the number of checks I can deposit?
Deposit limits are $10,000 daily and $25,000 during 20 business days.
9. What should I do with my check after I deposit it?
Hold on to your check until you receive an email from us confirming the check was processed. Then go ahead and void the check by writing Void across it.
10. What would cause my check to be rejected?
There a few reasons why your check may have been rejected. We will send you an email with the reason for the decline. Depending on the reason, you may be able to deposit the check at any convenient WSFS Bank banking location.
11. I deposited my check into the wrong account, what should I do?
Once your deposit becomes available, you can transfer the money into the account you want.
