What business online banking services does WSFS offer?

WSFS offers Small Business Premier Online Banking and Business Online Banking. These services are designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. They allow you to access your account information, transfer funds, pay bills and use Cash Management tools right from your computer.

I just signed up for Treasury Management services with WSFS. I now have access to Wires and Positive Pay but I am not sure how it works exactly on my Online Bank, can you help me?

This would be a WSFS Treasury Management request. You can call 1.866.893.0400 to speak to an agent who specializes in your request. You can also schedule a 1-hour training where a specialist will teach you how to navigate who your Online Banking features and how the work.

How do I enroll in electronic statements in Business Online Banking?

  1. Under Reports on the black tool bar, choose Statements and Documents.
  2. On this page click on View and maintain document preferences link above where it says New Request.
  3. On the Manage Delivery Preferences page, you are be able to switch back and forth from paper to online statements under the Delivery Preferences column
  4. Click on Continue to save.

How can I see my last month’s statement on my Online Banking?

  1. Find Reports on the black tool bar and choose Statements and Documents.
  2. Under New Request, choose the account you want to look at and press Continue.
  3. On the following page under the column Document Date, click on the date of the statement you want to view. Another screen will appear with your statement.

How do I add another user to my Business Online Banking?

  1. Under Administration on the black tool bar, choose Company Administration
  2. On the next page choose Create New User.
  3. Fill in the blanks for the new user and click Continue to save.

How come I am not seeing all of my accounts in Business Online Banking?

You may have hidden the account in error.  On the Welcome page, click on Display Options, on the next page, click on the drop down and make sure there isn’t a check mark in any of the boxes.

One of my users say there are locked out, how do I unlock them?

  1. Under Administration on the black tool bar, choose Company Administration
  2. Scroll down to Manage Existing Users. Find the user that is locked out.
  3. Click on System Access next to the Status.
  4. On the following page, change the password and press Continue.

Every time I go to log into my account, it tells me I’m inactive. How can I avoid this?

This means you have not logged into your profile in a while. We advise you to log into the Website at least once every 45-60 days to avoid this status.

How do I find my full account number on my Business Online Banking?

Under Administration on the black tool bar, choose Company Administration and select the tab Account Information and it will be listed right there.
