WSFS has the honor and privilege to be involved in making a difference in the many Communities that we serve. Our diverse backgrounds, opinions, and perspectives strengthen our culture and deepen the connections to each other, Customers, and these Communities.
The WSFS Values of Service, Truth and Respect underscore our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and the open exchange of ideas even on emotionally charged topics. However, it is important to remind ourselves that there is zero tolerance for harassing, intimidating, or hateful speech. Racism, Antisemitism, Islamophobia and any other form of violence, hatred, bigotry, or discrimination have no place at WSFS and in our Communities.
Now more than ever and especially during this Holiday Season, I ask that each of us reflect on these Values and stand together for inclusion and respect.
