Steve Loughren

Steve Loughren joined the WSFS Team in 2025 with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry through a variety of positions that have shaped his knowledge, versatility, and dedication to Client success. His career has been built on creating strong relationships, delivering reliable financial solutions, and adapting to the ever-changing needs of customers and communities. Prior to joining WSFS, Loughren served as Regional Manager where he oversaw deposits and loans.

Laughren is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, often with his two chocolate labs. He is a parent to two adult children and a grandfather to a grandson keeping things fun and busy.
