Zinnia Duran

Zinnia Duran joined the WSFS team in 2018. She brings more than 10 years of banking experience, including leadership roles in retail and business banking, where she focused on building strong client relationships and helping business owners reach their financial goals.

Duran is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening communities through financial education and mentorship. She teaches entrepreneurship and financial literacy courses in both English and Spanish, helping aspiring business owners turn their ideas into sustainable ventures.

Duran serves on the Board of Directors for the Police Athletic League of Wilmington (PALW) as Assistant Treasurer and volunteers with various community programs across Delaware and Pennsylvania.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, mentoring small business owners, and developing initiatives that promote generational wealth within her community. Duran resides in New Castle County, Delaware, with her family.
