Welcome to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB (WSFS Bank) Business Online Banking electronic statement and document delivery service ("Online Statements and Documents"). Please read this Online Statements and Documents agreement (“Agreement”) carefully and save a copy for your records.
In this Agreement, "we", "us", and "our" mean WSFS Bank. The words "you" and "your" mean the person(s) accessing Online Statements and Documents, which are an electronic form of the periodic paper statements and other account documents available through our Online Banking service.
At the end of this Agreement, we will ask you to accept periodic account statements and other account documents in an electronic format rather than in a paper format. Before providing your consent, please read and consider the following information.
Your consent to receive Online Statements and Documents covers the periodic account statements and other account documents that are generated by us for the applicable accounts, including but not limited to disclosures, regulatory required notices, and marketing information on products and/or promotions.
By using Online Statements and Documents, you accept and agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions governing Online Statements and Documents, including, without limitation, all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You agree to be bound by any and all laws, rules, regulations and official issuances applicable to Online Statements and Documents now existing or which may hereafter be enacted, issued or enforced, as well as such other terms and conditions governing the use of other facilities, benefits, or services that we may periodically make available to you in connection with Online Statements and Documents.
If you enroll in Online Statements and Documents, your first periodic account statement generated after enrollment, and all subsequent statements, will only be accessible through our Business Online Banking service. Paper delivery of all such statements, documents, disclosures and accompanying items will discontinue for all account(s) you select during the enrollment process. Your normal statement cut-off date will not change when you enroll in Online Statements and Documents.
Receiving Online Statements and Documents
If you enroll in Online Statements and Documents, we will send you an email notice to your primary email address when your statement or document becomes available for viewing online. You will be notified in the event your email is returned to us as undeliverable. Your statement or document will still be available online. You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your primary email address current to ensure proper delivery of our emails.
Your Responsibilities Upon Consent to Receiving Online Statements and Documents
You must promptly access and review your statement or document and any accompanying items and notify us immediately of any error, unauthorized transaction, or any other irregularity. If you allow someone else to access your statement or document, you are still fully responsible to review the statement or document for any errors, unauthorized transactions, or any other irregularities. Any applicable time periods, noted in the Relationship Reference Guide, within which it is indicated that you must notify us of any errors on your account statement(s) or document(s), shall begin on the statement or document email notification date, regardless of when you access and/or review your electronic statement or document. The periodic statement will be considered correct for all purposes and we will not be liable for any payment made and charged to your account unless you notify us in writing, visit a branch, or call us at 1-888-WSFSBANK within certain time limits after the statement or account documents are made available to you. These time limits are detailed in the Account Statements section of the Relationship Reference Guide provided to you at account opening and available on www.wsfsbank.com by typing “Relationship Reference Guide” in the search field.
You will be able to review your current and previous year's statements and documents online from the respective email notification dates. Paper copies of electronic statements, documents or disclosures are available upon request by contacting us. A fee may apply as disclosed in our Small Business Deposit Services Cost Summary.
Currently, there is no charge for Online Statements and Documents. We reserve the right to impose or change fees for Online Statements and Documents and charge your account(s) for these fees at any time after ten days' written notice.
Withdrawal of Consent/Amendment and Termination
If you agree to enroll in Online Statements and Documents, you may subsequently withdraw your consent at any time. Select the "Reports" tab then "Statements and Documents - Preferences" within WSFS Business Online Banking and change your delivery preference.
If you withdraw your consent we will send your paper statements, documents, disclosures, records and other information to the mailing address we have on file. Withdrawal of your consent to receive Online Statements and Documents will be effective within 30 days of your request.
We may amend or change this Agreement at any time after ten days' written notice. Your continued acceptance of Online Statements and Documents after the effective date of such change will constitute your acceptance of and agreement with such amendment(s).
We may terminate this Agreement and immediately refuse or revoke your access to Online Statements and Documents at any time without cause, notice, or refund of previously charged or accrued fees, as applicable., including but not limited to when you or we close any deposit account. If we terminate your use of Business Online Banking, your right to receive Online Statements and Documents will also be terminated. Account statements and disclosures will then be sent in paper by mail. Neither termination nor discontinuation shall affect your liabilities or obligations under this Agreement.
You agree that we shall not be liable if you are unable to gain access to Online Statements and Documents from time to time. You understand that some or all of the Online Statements and Documents services may not be available at certain times due to maintenance and/or computer, communication, electrical or network failure or any other causes beyond our control.
Even though online statements are delivered monthly or quarterly it is recommended that you view and/or reconcile your account(s) at least daily in order to protect your account(s) from fraudulent activity. You agree to notify us immediately, or within the applicable period of time as specified in the Relationship Reference Guide (which can be found at www.wsfsbank.com by typing in the search field: “Relationship Reference Guide”), should you suspect fraud on your account(s).
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with Online Statements and Documents provided to you under this Agreement. We do not and cannot warrant that the Online Statements and Documents service will operate without error, or that the Online Statements and Documents service will be available at all times. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, or otherwise required by law, you agree that WSFS Bank's officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages under or by reason of any services or products provided under this Agreement or by reason of your use of the Online Statements and Documents service, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty or any other legal theory.
Additional Terms and Conditions of your Online Statements and Documents Agreement
This Agreement is in addition to the terms and conditions governing your account provided to you at account opening. This Agreement is also in addition to our Business Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure. To the extent that this Agreement is inconsistent with any of the terms and conditions, disclosures and agreements provided to you at account opening or the Business Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control with respect to Online Statements and Documents only. You should review those other agreements for any applicable fees, for limitations on the number of transactions you can make, and for other restrictions that might impact your use of an account with Online Statements and Documents and Business Online Banking.

Acceptance of Online Statements and Documents
With your acceptance available on our Business Online Banking page, you agree to accept periodic account statements, documents, and disclosures in an electronic format.
You also agree that you have the necessary equipment and software (as detailed in your Business Online Banking Services Agreement) for accessing, viewing, printing and retaining online statements, documents, disclosures and accompanying items.
You agree to notify us promptly if you change your primary email address or if you no longer want to receive Online Statements, documents, disclosures and accompanying items.
You can still enroll at a later time through WSFS Business Online Banking service.
