Amy Flynn joined WSFS Bank in March 2008. She held various management positions in the Retail Banking division before transitioning to a full-time Small Business Relationship Manager role in 2016. Amy is also the Team Leader for the Delaware Small Business group.
Amy received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. She serves on the Board of Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County as a member of the Finance & Audit committee. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and traveling. She resides in Elkton, Maryland with her husband and son.

Bill joined WSFS in 1991. He held various positions within the Bank in customer service and as a credit analyst before transitioning to a full-time Small Business Relationship Manager in 2006.
Bill received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance from St. Joseph’s University. He currently volunteers as a Board member for Brandywine Warriors, and as a Board member and treasurer for Shellcrest Swim Club. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his son’s football team, exercising and spending time at the beach. Bill and his family reside in northern Delaware.

Annette joined WSFS in December 2014. Prior to joining WSFS, Annette served for a combined 35 years as a Small Business Relationship Manager and Retail Banker for several banks in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Annette received her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from The Pennsylvania State University. She currently volunteers as a Board member for the Jeptha Abbott Chapter of DAR. In her spare time, she enjoys walking the bike trails with her husband and rescue dog Maddie, and salt water fishing in the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida coast. She resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Jennifer joined the WSFS Small Business team in September 2016. Prior to joining WSFS, she served as a Small Business Administration (SBA) Lender, Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Certified Consumer Lender, and Assistant Branch Manager for several local banks.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from William Paterson University. She currently volunteers as a Board member for several local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery & Delaware Counties (Past Board President), as well as The Race for Peace Committee. She also volunteers in several capacities, including the Hospitality Committee, with Lima United Methodist Church. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandson and family, cooking and watching football. She resides in Media, Pennsylvania.

Patty joined the WSFS Small Business team in April 2015. She has extensive experience in Retail and Small Business Banking and has held various positions such as Credit Analyst, Business Development Officer, Small Business Lender, Retail Branch Market Manager, and Small Business Administration (SBA) Director. At one point in her career she sold print and television advertisements to help business owners formulate strategic marketing campaigns, thus increasing revenue and gaining additional demographic market share.
Patty attended Pennsylvania State University for two years and then transferred to St. Joseph’s University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, watching football, and laying on the beach. Patty resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Cathy joined WSFS in 2006 as a Retail Office Manager. She managed several WSFS banking offices during her career with the Bank before transitioning to a fulltime Small Business Relationship Manager in 2018. Prior to joining WSFS, she worked in retail and regional management with The Gap, Inc. and with Lord & Taylor.
Cathy received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Delaware Small Business Chamber and as a Committee Member for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce’s Business Women’s Expo. She also volunteers with several local organizations, including the Bank at School Program and for local chamber of commerce events. In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Gabby, going to the beach, and walking at local parks. She resides in Newark, Delaware.

Jennifer joined the WSFS Small Business team in March 2019. Prior to joining WSFS, she served as a banking professional for more than 15 years, including roles in retail and small business banking, lending and business development. Jennifer is dedicated to building longstanding relationships with her customers to help with their financial success.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, and graduated from the Maryland Bankers School. Jennifer serves on the following boards: the Joseph L. DeMarco III Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament, Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Gloucester City Library. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and photography. She resides in Camden County, New Jersey with her husband and two children.

Gladys joined the WSFS Small Business team in June 2019 and comes with over twenty years of experience within banking and lending at several companies in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware tri-state area. Prior to joining WSFS, Gladys was responsible for overall branch operations of several locations, including directing sales and business development. Her experience is enhanced by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Gladys also served as an officer in the United States Army Reserves and National Guard.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and doing fitness related activities such as running, biking and lifting weights. She resides in Pennsauken, New Jersey, with her husband Jose, daughter Juliana and her American Pitbull, Maxi.

Edwin joined the WSFS Small Business team in August 2019 with nearly twenty years of consumer and business lending experience. Prior to joining WSFS Bank, Edwin served as a Consumer Finance Manager, Retail Bank Manager and a Business Banking Relationship Manager. He attended Rowan University where he studied Marketing. In his spare time, he enjoys mentoring small business owners and entrepreneur with SCORE. He rides annually in the American Cancer Society Bridge to Beach Bike-a-Thon and has been an active participant in the Philadelphia Mummers Parade since 2011. Edwin currently live New Jersey with his wife Christine and their daughters McKenzie and Ophelia.

Karen joined the WSFS Small Business team in April 2022, bringing with her more than 16 years of banking experience. She covers the Media, Springfield, Eddystone, Aston and Brookhaven, Pa. areas.
Prior to joining WSFS, Karen served as Assistant Vice President, Business Advisor and Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager for Santander Bank for 10 years, which included helping business clients receive longstanding customer service, lending, and access to capital to help improve their cash flow and cash management. Karen has also held positions as a Business Banker and Assistant Manager for Citizens Bank. Her expertise in business banking has helped clients put their trust in her to become a long-standing business advisor to their business banking needs.
Karen is very active as a volunteer in the community and holds memberships with the Media Business Association, Wallingford Arts, and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Her achievements include Omega and Edge training.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time within the art community, with her family and traveling. She resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Megan Allen joined the WSFS Small Business team in June of 2021, bringing with her 9 years of banking experience. She held various positions in the Retail Banking division before transitioning to a full-time Small Business Relationship Manager. Prior to joining WSFS, Megan worked for aa local incorporation service company providing Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and corporate services to businesses and entrepreneurs. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Cabrini University, in Radnor, PA.
Megan volunteers with several local organizations, including the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity and enjoys connecting with the community at local Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce events. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and anything sports related. She resides in Camden, DE with her son.

Jody joined WSFS in June 2016 as a Personal Banker. She developed a strong interest in Small Business that led her to join the WSFS Small Business team as a Sales Representative in March 2018. Prior to joining WSFS, Jody held several positions in retail, administration and HR for Scotiabank located in Jamaica. She also taught kindergarten for two years in Leesburg, Virginia.
Jody received her bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of the West Indies. She obtained her MBA from Liberty University. In her spare time, Jody loves to read, listen to music, dance and try new foods from different cultures. She resides in Middletown, Delaware.

Pattie joined the WSFS Small Business team in June 2016. Prior to joining WSFS, Pattie worked for the Montgomery County District Court. She also served for almost 20 years for Sovereign (now Sandner) Bank as a retail banker, sales assistant and as a member of the Small Business Administration (SBA) team.
Pattie received her associate’s degree in Accounting from Montgomery County Community College. She currently volunteers with Queen of Peace Church. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going on vacation, and watching television. Pattie resides in Glenside, Pennsylvania.

Cheryl joined WSFS in 2002. She initially served as an administrative professional before transitioning to the Small Business team as a Portfolio Manager in 2004. In 2011 she played a key role in the development of the WSFS Fundamentals of Leadership Program. Prior to joining WSFS, she worked in administration for construction and recruiting firms.
Cheryl attended Delaware Technical Community College. She has been an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, and in 2013 she was selected to represent WSFS Bank as the Wilmington YMCA’s Adult Black Achiever. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, dancing and spending time with family. Cheryl and her family reside in Wilmington, Delaware.

Libby joined WSFS in March 2015 as an Assistant Branch Manager. Monique joined the WSFS Small Business team in March 2016. Early in her career, she studied abroad and traveled to Japan, and was then asked to join the foreign exchange financial program for Prudential Financial. Afterwards, Monique worked as a financial analyst for several banks in Delaware and New Jersey.
Monique received financial certifications from Rutgers University. She currently volunteers as a Christian Ministry Volunteer for Hospice. She is also a member of Minority Interchange, Inc., National Association of Black Accountants (NABA, Inc.), and World Finance Network (WFN). In her spare time, she enjoys event planning, making jewelry, crafting and traveling. Monique resides in Kent County, Delaware.

Gregg joined the WSFS SBA team in April 2019 as an SBA Relationship Manager before assuming his current role as SBA Operations Manager in April 2021. With more than twenty years of banking experience, he began his career in Residential Lending and quickly found his niche as an SBA Relationship Manager, fulfilling his passion for helping people successfully open and operate their own businesses. During Covid-19 with the PPP program being rolled out, Gregg transitioned into assisting the bank in creating a process to assist businesses in obtaining a PPP loan and became heavily involved with the operational side of the SBA Business Unit. This uncovered a skillset that proved to make him a valuable contributor to the regular SBA Operations day-to-day activities.
Gregg attended LaSalle University where he studied Business Management. He currently resides in Langhorne, PA and enjoys doing projects around the house and spending time with his four sons.

Prior to joining WSFS, he worked in various SBA capacities – Lender, Underwriter, Manager, at DNB First, Capital One, SunTrust Bank, and First American Bank.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University, and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife and their four children. He resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Darren joined the WSFS Small Business team in January 2020, bringing with him nearly 16 years of small business lending and 27 years of banking experience serving the Greater Atlantic City region. Prior to joining WSFS, he served as an SBA Lending Manager, Commercial Lending Officer and Commercial Relationship Officer for Cape Bank. Darren has also held financial services positions with CU Business Capital, Banco Popular and Sun National Bank.
Darren serves as an Advisory Board member for the Small Business Development Center of Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties, and is on the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders’ Small Bank (East) committee.
In his spare time Darren enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He resides in Galloway, NJ.

Zoe Combs joined the WSFS SBA team in March 2020, bringing with her 30 years of banking experience. Prior to joining WSFS, she served as Vice President, SBA Finance Group for PNC BANK, a position that included serving SBA clients in the Delaware, Southern NJ and Philadelphia Markets. Zoe has also held positions as a Small Business Relationship Manager, Market Area Manager and Business Development Officer for M&T Bank and Citizens Bank.
Zoe received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rider University. She holds memberships with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL).
Zoe volunteers as a small business advisor with various organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time hiking, biking, cooking and coaching cheerleading and basketball. She resides in Chalfont, Pennsylvania with her husband, three children and two dogs.

Richard joined the WSFS SBA Lending team in March 2020, bringing with him 17 years of experience in business management and development, SBA lending, and commercial financing.
As the SBA National Franchise Relationship Manager at WSFS Bank, Richard is responsible for creating partnerships and securing SBA financing for approved franchise brands throughout the United States.
An active advocate for small business owners and entrepreneurs, Richard serves on the boards of the International Franchise Association Diversity Institute and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Philadelphia chapter. He is the immediate past board president of The Business Center for Entrepreneurship and is a member of The African-American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE (AACC). Richard has been featured in Franchise World Magazine, was the National Speaker at the NBMBAA Conference in Philadelphia in 2017 and is the founder and host of the Smart Start Now Podcast.
Richard resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife and two sons and is a devoted member of Sharon Baptist Church.

Carl Buchholz joined the WSFS SBA team in April 2022, bringing with him four years of banking experience. Prior to joining WSFS, he served as SBA Relationship Manager for Meridian Bank and has also held a number of sales positions for various companies.
Carl received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland and a Fintech Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of the Great Valley School District Education Foundation and the Still Strong Foundation. He also serves on the Young Professionals Committee of the Bringing Hope Home Foundation.
In his spare time Carl enjoys spending time with family, exercising and traveling. He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Trisha joined WSFS in 1998. Prior to joining WSFS, Trisha started her banking career at CoreStates Bank of Delaware, working in credit card collections. Her WSFS career started in asset recovery and then transitioned to small business portfolio management. She joined the WSFS SBA team in 2016 as a Portfolio Manager/SBA closer. She continues to support the sales team, offers customer service to new and existing customers, and works with customers and attorneys to successfully close SBA loans.
Trisha received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from DeSales University of Pennsylvania. She currently volunteers with the Parish Council at St. Helena’s Parish in Wilmington, Delaware.

Nishi Singh joined the WSFS SBA Team in March 2019 from Beneficial Bank bringing with her 30 years of banking experience. She previously served as a Team Lead SBA Express Team/Closing Officer with TD Bank and PNC Bank. Nishi has also held retail banking roles that included Commercial/Residential Lending with TD Bank in Canada and Commerce Bank.
Nishi received her bachelor’s degree in Science from Isabel Thoburn College, Lucknow and master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Lucknow.
In her spare time, Nishi enjoys travelling, playing bridge, reading and walking. She resides in Gibbsboro, New Jersey.

Cynthia joined the WSFS SBA team in March 2019, bringing with her 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining WSFS, she served as a Commercial Loan Assistant for Beneficial Bank, a position that included supporting Commercial Loan Officers. Cynthia has also held positions as Officer Manager for a mortgage broker, and as a personal trainer.
Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Anthony Ryan joined WSFS in 2011, bringing with him 30 years of Retail and Small Business Banking experience. With WSFS, Anthony served as a Small Business Relationship Manager and Team Leader prior to his current role as the Director of Small Business Lending.
Anthony received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin. He currently volunteers as a Board member of several local organizations, including the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, the Wilmington Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO), and the Garrett Williamson Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing golf, traveling and spending time at the beach.

Candice joined the WSFS SBA Lending team in August 2018 to lead the Government Guaranteed Lending programs, including SBA funding and DE Access Program. She brings 22 years of experience in the financial services industry and 14 years as a business funding expert.
Her career has focused on financial technology development, franchise financing, business startup and small business funding solutions. She has been featured on Bloomberg Radio, CNBC’s Closing Bell, The Wall Street Journal and Franchising World.
Candice earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management from Philadelphia University, now part of Jefferson University. She currently volunteers on the Delaware Council on Economic Education at the University of Delaware. She also spends time as a mentor for entrepreneurs in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
Candice currently resides in Lower Providence Township, Pennsylvania.

Jeremy Shackleford is Senior Vice President, Director of Small Business sales for WSFS Bank and brings 21 years of financial services experience. He joined the WSFS team in March 2018, serving as Regional Manager in Wilmington, Delaware before holding the same role for the Bank’s Philadelphia market. In his current role, Jeremy supports the growth of Small Business Banking across WSFS’ footprint. Prior to his time in the financial industry Jeremy was a small business owner and served eight years on active duty in the United States Air Force, AFSOC.
His career in the financial industry has focused on supporting the growth and prosperity of small businesses and the community by delivering financial resources, financial solutions, and connecting people toward greater financial wellness and helping them thrive.
While serving in the Air Force, Jeremy studied abroad through United States college academic centers, primarily through the University of Maryland University College, now UMGC. He has served on several boards in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, including the South Jersey Bankers Association, United Way of Camden, NJ, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ, the Camden County Chamber of Commerce, where he had the opportunity to serve a term as Chairperson, and as a Board Trustee of the Camden County Workforce Investment Board.
In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family. Jeremy currently resides in Mullica Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Liz, twin daughters Mayah and Maelee, and their Great Dane, Bruno.
