Team WSFS

Our Associates are making a difference and building a better Community throughout the Delaware and Greater Philadelphia Region.

The Team WSFS Program Was Developed to Promote Associate Volunteerism and Strengthen Our Communities.

The program has seen great success over the years, thanks in large part to our dedicated Associate volunteers.

38,000+ volunteer hours

WSFS Associates volunteered more than 38,000 hours in 2025, including community service and providing financial literacy lessons.

1000 hours of financial education

WSFS Financial Literacy Champions taught over 400 classes on financial education in 2025.

We Stand for Service Day

Approximately 1,600 Associates volunteered nearly 5,500 hours at more than 130 organizations at our third annual We Stand for Service Day.

95,000 pounds of food donated

WSFS Associates and Clients donated 95,000+ pounds of food for its annual food drive and Camp Out for Hunger.

At WSFS Bank, we believe we have a responsibility to strengthen the cities and towns where we live, work, play and do business. Team WSFS, the WSFS corporate volunteer program, encourages Associates to volunteer with nonprofits of their choice. WSFS offers four hours a month of compensated work time for participation in company-sanctioned volunteer activities. The Team WSFS program was developed to promote Associate volunteerism and strengthen our Communities. The program has seen great success over the years, thanks in large part to our dedicated Associate volunteers.

A spirit of service is an integral part of the WSFS culture and one of our core values. To our Associates, being ingrained in our Community means extending their reach beyond the walls of our bank. That way of thinking guides our volunteer and philanthropic efforts, a tradition that began in 1832 and remains alive today.
