Adam joined WSFS in 1998 and held various management positions. He transitioned to his current role as a Mortgage Loan Officer for WSFS Mortgage in 2015.
Adam attended the University of Delaware and currently volunteers with Creative Mentoring. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading, running and relaxing at the Delaware beaches.
Amanda joined WSFS Bank in 2001 as a Personal Banker, advancing through the retail bank before joining WSFS’ Direct Bank as a Senior Product Specialist. In this role, she worked closely with the consumer lending team and developed a strong interest in mortgage lending that led her become a Mortgage Loan Officer for WSFS Mortgage in June 2016.
In her spare time, Amanda volunteers with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and enjoys traveling, cooking, and entertaining. She resides in Middletown, Delaware with her husband Tom, and her two dogs.
Andy joined WSFS Mortgage in April 2015. His career includes positions as a paralegal and mortgage analyst before working with Vanguard for 8 years.
Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Paralegal Studies from Kutztown University. He currently volunteers with his neighborhood homeowner’s association in Oreland, Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time with his two kids, playing poker and football Sundays.
Brian joined WSFS Mortgage in June 2016, bringing with him 27 years of mortgage experience in originations and sales management. Before joining WSFS, Brian was a branch manager at a large mortgage company while continuing to originate mortgages for Customers, the aspect of the business he enjoys the most.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Ursinus College. He is a long-time volunteer for the Nor Gwyn baseball program in Upper Gwynedd, and also volunteers at Mana on Main Street and Code Blue in Lansdale. He enjoys bike riding, saltwater fishing, traveling and Phillies baseball. He resides in North Wales, Pennsylvania.
Eve joined WSFS Mortgage in August 2013 through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization. Prior to joining Array Financial, she served as a Senior Sales Executive for Greystone Multi Unit, LLC, Indy Mac Bank, and American Business Financial Services. Eve has over 25 years of experience in building and cultivating strategic sales teams in the financial industry.
Eve received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her kids and binge-watching Netflix.
Helen began her lending career in 1998 as a Commercial Loan Officer with American Business Financial Services, where she worked until 2003. She founded several small commercial mortgage lending companies before becoming licensed as an MLO in 2008. The same year, Helen founded Dwyer Financial Services, LLC, a commercial and residential real estate lending company, which she ran until joining WSFS in January 2014.
Helen received her Bachelor of Science in marketing and economics from Drexel University. She volunteers at the Housing Partnership of Chester County and SS. Simon and Jude School. She enjoys travel, gardening and spending time with family and friends. Helen lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
Henri joined WSFS in February 2006. She held various management positions in the Retail Banking division while continuing to assist Reverse Mortgage Customers, before transitioning to a full-time Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. Prior to joining WSFS, Henri was a national sales manager for a large retirement plan administrator.
Henri has earned the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation. This credential distinguishes her as being among the most knowledgeable, most competent and most ethical group of Reverse Mortgage professionals.
Henri is also a member of The Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA). As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, Henri demonstrates her competence and knowledge of working with older adults, creating a strong and safe environment for seniors. In order to maintain the CSA certification, members are required to demonstrate a commitment to high standards, continuing education, professional ethics, and trust. This sets the CSA credential holder apart from other practitioners working with older adults.
Henri received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Lexington University. She currently serves as a Board Member of the American Heart Association, Southern Region, as well as a Board Member and membership Chairman of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs International. She also serves on the Board of Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership and as the Sussex County Representative for the Delaware Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
Henri resides in Delaware and enjoys Zumba and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Ira joined WSFS Mortgage through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization, in August 2013. He co-founded Array in 2005 and co-managed the operations through its eight years of 24% compounded annual growth leading up to its acquisition by WSFS Bank. At WSFS Mortgage, Ira continues to co-manage the day-to-day operations while providing strategic leadership for continued growth and success.
Ira received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as an accounting major from Bucknell University and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar. Ira resides in Ambler, PA with his wife Jenny and two young children.
Jeff joined WSFS in 2007 as a Personal Banker. In 2012, he moved to WSFS’ Direct Bank as a Senior Product Specialist, where he became an expert in consumer loan products and assisting Customers with applying, processing and closing on personal, auto and home equity loans and lines. He was invited to join WSFS Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2016.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys cruising and traveling with his wife. He resides in Wilmington, Delaware.
Jeff joined WSFS through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization, and Arrow Land Transfer in August 2013. Through Jeff’s leadership, WSFS Mortgage has achieved year-over-year growth serving a wide range of clientele, from first time homebuyers to self-employed individuals to high net worth clients. Prior to forming Array and Arrow, Jeff served as Executive Vice President of American Business Financial Services, a publicly traded national mortgage lender.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University, Schreyer Honors College and his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar and currently serves as a member for the Citizens Audit Review & Financial Advisory Committee of Radnor Township, Pennsylvania. Jeff lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife and two children.
James brings over 15 years of mortgage experience to WSFS Mortgage, which he joined in 2016. He previously held positions at The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, American Family Mortgage and Arlington Capital Mortgage (formerly Windsor Financial Mortgage).
James received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. He currently volunteers with the Philadelphia Lacrosse Association and enjoys coaching and playing golf and lacrosse. He resides in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
Kristen joined WSFS Mortgage in August 2013 through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization. Kristen has over 17 years of lending experience, serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer, an Account Executive in wholesale lending and as a Commercial Loan Officer.
Kristen studied Marketing at Temple University. She is a co-leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and volunteers for school functions and local community service events. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family, mostly at the local ice rink where her sons play hockey, and where both of her daughters ice skate for Philadelphia Symmetry. Kristen and her husband, two young daughters and two sons enjoy summers in Long Beach Island, New Jersey and reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Lou joined WSFS Mortgage in August 2016, having been a part of the mortgage industry since 1999. He previously worked for American Business Financial Services and Array Financial prior to its acquisition by WSFS Bank.
Lou received his Bachelor of Science in economics and his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and skiing.
Max joined WSFS Mortgage full-time in August 2016. He held an internship with WSFS Mortgage the summer before his senior year of college and joined full-time shortly after graduating.
Max received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lynchburg College. He enjoys following the Philadelphia 76ers and spending time with his family on the Chesapeake Bay during the summer.
Megan joined WSFS Mortgage through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization, in August 2013. Prior to her transition to Opening and Closing Manager in February 2017, Megan served as a relationship manager, loan processor and sales support with WSFS Mortgage and Array Financial, and as an associate with PHH Mortgage.
Megan received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Philadelphia with her husband, visiting the Jersey Shore as often as possible and spending time with her family. Megan and her husband reside in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Phanny joined WSFS Mortgage through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization, in August 2013. Prior to her transition to Underwriting Manager, Phanny served for a combined 12 years as a loan processor and processing manager for WSFS Mortgage and Array Financial.
Phanny received her bachelor’s degree in International Business and International Studies from Neumann University, and her master’s degree in English Education from Arcadia University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading novels. Phanny resides in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
Randy joined WSFS Mortgage in April 2017, bringing with him more than 27 years of experience in mortgage banking. His expertise and prior professional experience is managing mortgage operations for organizations that originate and invest in mortgages.
Randy received his bachelor’s degree from Temple University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out and playing baseball. He resides in North Wales, Pennsylvania.
Tim joined WSFS Mortgage through its acquisition of Array Financial, a full service mortgage banking organization, in August 2013. Prior to his transition to Compliance Manager in March 2016, Tim served as an operations and compliance analyst and sales assistant with Array Financial, and as an associate at a fleet management firm.
Tim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, playing board/card games, running and visiting family and friends in Baltimore, Maryland. He resides in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.
